Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine mostly concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The first chiropractic school's name is Palmer College of Chiropractic. It was founded in 1895 in Davenport, Iowa. With the development of the discipline, 16 accredited chiropractic schools in the USA provide the doctor of chiropractic education program. This program requires candidates of doctor of chiropractic to complete four to five years’ classroom, laboratory and clinical studies, then sit for the national board test. All chiropractic doctors are required to have a bachelor 's degree prior to being admitted to the doctor of chiropractic program.
