Dr. Chaojun Zhan, DC, PhD

• Dr. Zhan holds two prestigious doctoral degrees: a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Doctor of Sports Rehabilitation. He earned his first PhD in Sports Rehabilitation from Beijing Sports University (Beijing, China) and Springfield College (MA, USA). Following his studies, Dr. Zhan returned to China, where he became the Director of the Rehabilitation Department at Xiangya Boai Rehabilitation Hospital, one of the largest rehabilitation centers in the country. During his tenure, he played a key role in helping many elite Chinese athletes, including Olympic athletes, recover from injuries and return to their competitive events.
• Driven by a passion for advancing his expertise, Dr. Zhan later pursued chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, the birthplace of chiropractic, founded in 1885 in Davenport, Iowa. After three and a half years of rigorous study, he earned his second doctorate in chiropractic. Dr. Zhan also successfully completed all four parts of the national chiropractic board exams, as well as certifications in physiotherapy and acupuncture, leading to his Texas Chiropractic Doctor License.
• Specializing in musculoskeletal pain management and injury rehabilitation, Dr. Zhan combines chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, therapeutic modalities, and exercise to reduce pain and optimize his patients' physical function.
• Dr. Zhan now resides in Frisco, TX, with his two wonderful sons and his wife, a talented singer.
